Associate - Advocate - Receiver and Administrator for Insolvency

Kimham holds Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from the University of Surabaya, respectively with a cum-laude and summa cum-laude predicates. In 2016, he intensified his focus on civil law studies at Pan European University, Bratislava, Slovakia under the framework of Erasmus+ Program of International Credit Mobility. Due to his focus in corporate and IP laws, he managed to intertwine the two fields in his master’s thesis. Enhancing his corporate skills, he has also completed his certification as a Certified Legal Auditor (CLA) and delivers services as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to respond the growing enquiries in the practice of personal data protection as well as to complement the firm’s services in the corporate field.

As a member in the corporate litigation team of the firm, Kimham have accelerated his experience and legal analysis skills due to his critical approach in assisting many of the firm’s major corporate cases. His comprehensive knowledge on Indonesian corporate laws combined with his detailed views have been recognized by the partners as an asset to its team of lawyers. Having involved as a key member of the firm’s commercial litigation team, specifically on insolvency (bankruptcy) cases and having acquired a special decree from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, Kimham is currently listed as Receiver and Administrator for Insolvency matters.

Kimham is a Licensed Advocate and holds a bar license from Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), a certified Receiver and Administrator recognized by Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (AKPI), a certified Legal Auditor (C.L.A.) recognized by the Indonesian Legal Auditor’s Association (ASAHI), a Certified Data Protection Officer (D.P.O.)  recognized by Indonesian Private Data Professional Association (APPDI) and a Certified Contract Drafter (C.C.D.) recognized by Contract Drafter Association (APK). He speaks fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
